Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive sales and technical support to customers regarding the effective use of products to ensure optimal performance. Maintain products and consistently monitor their performance. Assist customers with product installation, including drawing simulations. Provide operational support to customers. Diagnose and resolve issues. Supply customers with advice or information as needed or as determined by the Service Engineer.

Requirements A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Experience in the semiconductor sector is a plus, but candidates without prior experience will also be considered.
