Responsibilities: • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support. • Prepare quotations, orders, tenders and related documentation. • Provide coordination support to Sales and Purchasing teams. • Monitor relevant tender portals for business opportunities. • Assist with tender costing, documentation and submissions. • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, specifications and quotations. • Issue purchase and delivery orders; track order progress.
