The roleYou will be on the floor: welcoming guests, serving tables, supporting the pass, and keeping the room feeling easy and looked after. This is not a heavy admin role. The work is hospitality first — friendly, alert, and personal. Service is trattoria-style: warm and unfussy, not formal.

Hours can be full-time or flexible / part-time. We are open to people who want a steady roster, and to people who need flexi scheduling around school, another job, or other commitments — as long as you are reliable when you are on.
