LIMITED Singapore. Field Service Engineer /Up to $5,000 Basic + $250 Transport Allowance @Jurong EastProvide installation, commissioning and training to customers. After sales technical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers. Manage diesel generator sets to support to departments in terms of service and training.

Ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organizedProvides specific training to distributors/dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets. Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure issue is resolved. Technical assistance on factory test, investigates root causes of failures & recommend solution. Deal with customer on the warranty issues and perform other service & training assigned.
