Job Summary Lumi Solution is seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including job advertising, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and selecting top candidates. You will also play a key role in candidate engagement, leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) and coordinating recruitment events to attract top talent. Job Description Create and publish job postings across multiple job portals Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability Maintain consistent follow‑ups with potential hires throughout the recruitment process Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram for recruitment and engagement Plan and execute recruitment events Requirements No prior experience needed—training will be provided! Minimum qualification: Local Diploma or higher Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Working Hours & Benefits Flexible working hours (e.g., 10-20 hours per week).
