Responsibilities Provide a safe and comfortable environment for children. Teach and care for a class based on the school’s policies and guidelines. Plan and conduct lessons using different teaching methods and activities like songs, games, and storytelling. Prepare lesson plans with learning objectives, assessments, and support for different learning needs. Monitor children’s development, keep records, and communicate progress with parents.

Manage the classroom, maintain a tidy environment, and guide assistant teachers in their duties.
