Land Surveyor

Objectives of this role:· Conducting surveys using advanced equipment and techniques to gather accurate measurements and data, including topography, boundaries and existing structures.· Analysing survey data and creating detailed survey reports, maps and drawings to support project planning and decision-making.· Identifying land boundaries, markers and existing infrastructure to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory

· Monitoring and reviewing survey progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. · Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers and contractors, to clarify

requirements and address survey-related concerns.· Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.· Follow safety protocols and procedures during fieldwork and adhere to ethical standards in surveying practices.· Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the surveying field. · Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment and software, preferably in the Civil engineering. · Proficiency in using surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners and CAD software for surveying and land mapping. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. 000000.
