LTD. Singapore. Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically driven and client-focused Account Manager to join a leading precision engineering firm. This role serves as the key bridge between internal engineering teams and external clients, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-precision engineering projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and brings both strong project management capabilities and solid technical knowledge.

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple precision engineering programmesWork closely with NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are consistently metProactively identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges throughout the project lifecyclApply technical knowledge across precision engineering processes including CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrologOversee prototype development and assess the manufacturability of product designConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components and systemsEnsure all projects comply with stringent quality and tolerance standards in line with precision engineering requirementsCoordinate and oversee testing, validation, and inspection processes for components and assembliesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and programme-related matterPrepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to key stakeholdersJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related discipline5 years of experience in programme or project engineering roles within the precision engineering or manufacturing industryHands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and high-precision measurement tools is an advantageProficiency in engineering software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is a plusStrong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and materialsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationFamiliarity with MS Project or similar project management toolsGood To HaveKnowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100Prior experience managing client relationships in sectors such as semiconductor, aerospace, medical devices, or analytical life sciencesExposure to advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing or laser machining is an advantage Interested candidates may apply through the application system below.
