The role involves managing reception duties, providing administrative and clinical support, and ensuring excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage reception duties including greeting patients, attending to enquiries, and handling phone calls professionally. Perform front-desk tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, verification of insurance, and billing processes. Process insurance claims and Medisave transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain proper billing records and reconcile daily cash and electronic payments.

Assist doctors during consultations, ensuring patients’ comfort and needs are met. Conduct regular stock-taking and replenishment of medical supplies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment at all times. Job RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric mindset.
