LTD. Singapore. Position: Preschool Principal Locations: Anchorvale/ East Coast/ Bedok/ Marine Drive (Islandwide location available too!)Salary: $5500-$7000Working Day: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)
Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)At least 1-2 years experience as Preschool Principal
Responsibilities:Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectivesLead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the childrenResponsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschoolCommunicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately.
Responsible for all government related matters such as ECDA including renewing and maintaining of licenseSet educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures and programs to carry them outProactively review current policies, procedures and programs and identify ways to improve the overall standards of the preschools and future preschools which will be acquired by the GroupEnsure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory
