LTD. Singapore. 30pm, Fri 9am – 6pm (Can choose to start work earlier, end time adjusted accordingly) Salary: $3000 - $5000ResponsibilitiesSupports the crewing department in all aspects of employment administration for seagoing personnel, include checking of monthly crew payroll.

Maintain an updated list of manning for each assigned vessel and to monitor and follow up closely on rotation planCoordinate and liaise closely with manning agencies, Master, port agencies and travel agencies for the smooth transition of crew for vessels sailing at foreign waters. Liaise and coordinate with travel agencies on crew flight bookings.

Apply for Flag state endorsement for the officers before they join the assigned vesselsConduct briefing and/or debriefing of officers as and when requiredKeep track, check and verify all port disbursements incurred by local port agents and manning agencies in relation to crew changeCheck, verify and reconcile the monthly accounts prepared by MastersArrange and coordinate timely CTM as and when required. Assist to verify crew

benefits, leave pay, bonus and allowanceKeep track, monitor and update crew’s personnel and training records, ensure all crew has all the essential training certificates, medical reports, visas, sea time records to meet matrix requirementAny other duties as and when assigned.
