Responsibilities****After Sales & Order Management*** Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and components* Prepare and follow up on quotations and long-term agreements* Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers* Issue order confirmations to customers* Maintain and update internal databases and documentation* Follow up on outstanding payments with customers**Logistics & Documentation*** Prepare shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory
