Arab Solutions is seeking a Field Support Staff to manage, maintain, and support end users’ assets, including hardware and software, during the contract period. You will perform software and OS installations, hardware setups, and printer/scanner support, while adhering to ITIL policies and delivering VIP end-user assistance.
Candidates should have a University Degree in IT, certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft 365, CCNA) and at least 4 years’ desktop troubleshooting experience in a #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 60 - 90.
