This is a senior operational and commercialF&B; leadership role supporting the Director of F&B; in overseeing all outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of Forbes Five-Star servicestandards.

The ideal candidate brings proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, witha hands-on approach and genuine passion for team development and guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-roomdiningEnsure consistent Forbes Five-Star service standards are upheld across all outlets and functionsLead, develop, and inspire outlet managers and their teams, building a high-performance F&B cultureDrive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the F&B; divisionSupport budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management to achieve financial targetsOversee menu development, promotions, and outlet programming in collaboration with the culinary teamStep into the Director of F&B; role and take full operational ownership during absencesPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performanceWHAT YOU BRINGMinimum 4 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience within luxury hospitalityHands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is requiredProven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room diningStrong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversightExceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skillsExperience in the Middle East is an advantage but not requiredWHAT'S OFFEREDApprox.
