Junior Network Technical Support Engineer (K-Youth)

START YOUR IT CAREER WITH HCLTECH MALAYSIA! Are you a fresh graduate with less than 12 months of work experience (excluding internships)? Are you able to speak, read, and write Japanese or Korean fluently? Open to all graduates, regardless of your field of study (tech or non-tech)! This role is part of a 4‑month K‑Youth Program in collaboration with Graduan and Khazanah, with the opportunity to be converted to a permanent role with HCLTech upon successful completion. Position to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the role We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates with a strong foundation in Japanese or Korean language and a passion for learning technology. This is a unique opportunity to transition from a linguistics background into the dynamic world of IT networking, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience in areas such as Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.

Responsibilities Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Japanese‑speaking end‑customers, under guidance. Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Japanese. Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer

requirements in a dynamic environment. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any fields. Fluency in Japanese or Korean (read, written and spoken). Good English communication skills. High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn. Strong interest in building a career in IT networking field.
