Influencer Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven America/USA Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll identify, recruit, and manage influencers and content creators to build impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key

Responsibilities Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across USA Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators. Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and campaign deliverables. Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports.

Coordinate with creative, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaign success. Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.

Requirements 2+ years of experience in USA influencer marketing & creator partnerships. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Content ideation/Scripts writing for creators. Experience managing campaign budgets and timelines. Have direct connections with 100+ influencers, without any intermediaries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, PPT and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred
