Responsibilities Strategy Execution: Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand goals and KPIs. Sourcing: Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience. Coordination: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners. Timeline Management: Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables. Quality Control: Review influencer content for brand identity and messaging alignment.

Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure performance and generate insights. Team Support: Work with social media and paid marketing teams for campaign synergy.

Requirements 1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing and broader campaigns. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship skills. In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data. A creative, passionate mindset for brand innovation.
