BIM Modeler

Role Description Working within our Design & Engineering teams, you will create iconic and groundbreaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening up public places that bring people together. The role sits within our Resilience Global Business Area, focused on protecting our natural environment and water resources while powering our world for future generations.

Role Accountabilities Preparation of 2D sheets from the Revit model according to client standards. Working independently as well as within a team. Self‑motivated, assertive, and capable of working under pressure. Liaison with lead business and other team members for the preparation of design drawings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration with other design disciplines. Compliance with Arcadis business management system.

Compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute/university. Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Revit MEP modeling for Mechanical components and systems, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire layouts for projects related to Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment (Sewerage), Water and Wastewater (Sewage) Pumping Stations, and Water Wastewater Treatment Plants. Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
