Assistant Amazon Account Manager

Job Title: Assistant Amazon Account Manager Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Assistant Amazon Account Manager to support the management and growth of Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Private Label accounts and be able to assist in optimizing listings, monitoring account health, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts. Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ Content). Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance. Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Monitor PPC campaign performance and coordinate with the advertising team for optimization. Handle customer issues, returns, reimbursements, and Amazon case management. Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with graphic designers and operations teams for product launches. Assist in new product launches and listing variations. Stay updated with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace trends.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E commerce, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts, preferably in an agency environment. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central. Familiarity with Amazon PPC and listing optimization. Knowledge of inventory management and account health metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple accounts. Preferred Skills Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar Amazon tools. Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword research. Experience with flat files and bulk listing uploads. Understanding of product launch strategies.
