Job Overview Ping Prepay is seeking a client-focused and growth-oriented Account Executive (Sales & Onboarding) to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, manage contract renewals, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, provide regular updates, and present performance reports.

Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a seamless client experience. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Support to enhance service delivery.
