About the Role: As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will own the end-to-end growth of our participant base — from acquisition to activation, retention, and engagement. This is a build-from-scratch role, where you’ll set up processes, test ideas, and scale what works. You’ll use data and AI to drive decisions and improve performance over time.
What You’ll Do Set up tracking, dashboards, and growth metricsRun campaigns across paid ads, organic, referrals, and partnershipsTurn signups into active and repeat usersLaunch email, push, and SMS campaignsImprove retention and re-engage inactive usersTest ideas, analyze results, and scale what worksUse AI tools to automate and improve growth efforts
)Understanding of CAC, LTV, and conversion metricsAble to manage work from start to finish Nice to Have Experience in marketplaces or fast-growing companiesBuilt referral or viral campaignsWorked with global audiencesExperience with AI tools or automation.
