Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a results-oriented Change Management Specialist to act as the driving force behind the company’s Global Coaching Strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring the successful deployment and sustained adoption of our AI-powered coaching tools and programs across regional accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeployment & Pipeline Management: Own the regional deployment lifecycle for the Coaching Copilot, managing account outreach, intake, discovery, and handovers while maintaining accurate pipeline trackers. Adoption & Change Management: Serve as the primary change management lead using the AI Influencer model. You will monitor usage dashboards, facilitate influencer check-ins, remove systemic barriers, and share best practices to sustain momentum.

Coaching Program Enablement: Coordinate the regional delivery of training programs (Ready Set Coach), manage calibration sessions, and support the execution of coaching triads and forums to ensure consistent, high-quality coaching activity. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly adoption summaries, highlighting performance indicators, wins, and risks to leadership.

Account Onboarding: Ensure new accounts and Team Leaders have seamless access to all coaching tools and dashboards, establishing accountability agreements from day one.
