Sales & Marketing Associate (Hotel)

The Hotel Sales and Marketing Associate is supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Hospitality Manager in driving revenue and occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves a combination of reservation and booking management, as well as implementing creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests. Job Brief:Managing reservations and booking requests from customers. Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.

Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations. Manages digital/social media branding for the propertySupports sales channels to ensure revenue maximization.

Responsibilities:Handles incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms. Confirms reservations and sends confirmation details to customers. Coordinates with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services. Manages cancellations and modifications to existing reservations. Maintains accurate records of reservations and customer information. Manages and updates the website information, photos, promos, and other details.
