Sales Coordinator

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION'. What you'll be doing Review and process Policy Issuance Documents (PIDs), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with Sales Associates, clients, and internal departments to complete policy

requirements. Monitor assigned accounts and support the policy process from quotation to issuance. Maintain accurate records, monitor transaction status, and prepare necessary reports. Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including document filing and record management. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory

requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills Preferably a graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any related course; college-level applicants with relevant experience are welcome to apply. Experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support is an advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills. Customer service-oriented, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Confident, persuasive, and has good interpersonal skills.
