Promotions Associate

JOB SUMMARY The Promotions Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and management of various casino promotions, including general membership promotions, tournaments, game shows, redemptions and draws. This role involves coordinating between departments, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth promotion implementation, handling logistics, and supporting the creation of new promotional ideas and strategies.

The Promotion Associate will also assist with the development of promotional materials, ensure timely distribution of prizes, and collect winner information for promotional purposes. Additionally, they will monitor the effectiveness of promotions, gather customer feedback, and provide support for inventory management and team coordination. JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES Promotions Implementation and Execution: Assist in the execution of approved promotions ensuring smooth coordination between departments, suppliers, and partners. Handles logistics, manpower, and other resources necessary for a successful promotion. Assist in creating concept papers for new promotions, helping to develop ideas, outline strategies, and define objectives.

Promotion Effectiveness Monitoring and Feedback Collection: Monitor the success of promotions by tracking participant volume, gathering customer feedback, and evaluating customer satisfaction to assess the impact of promotions and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Promotional Material Development and Distribution: Work with internal teams or external suppliers to develop promotional materials (such as flyers, banners, and digital content) within the approved budget, ensuring the materials are on-brand and effectively communicate promotion details.

Winner Documentation and Prize Distribution: Collect, document, and manage winner information (including photos for promotional purposes) and ensure the timely distribution of prizes in accordance with the established promotional mechanics and guidelines. Inventory Assistance: Help organize and manage promotional materials, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked, maintained, and available for upcoming events or campaigns.

Team Support: Assist the promotions team with administrative tasks, setting up meetings, and supporting the execution of promotions. Help set up events, engage with participants, and address any issues to ensure smooth operations during promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism/Hospitality Services, Business administration or a related field or equivalent. Having at least one (1) year experience in a position responsible for events, promotions or special marketing. is an advantage, but fresh graduates may apply. Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, or promotions, especially in customer service and event coordination, is a plus but not required.
