Project Engineer (BIM)

Project Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects and resources from planning, development, and execution throughout the building lifecycle. They will provide support in the business and marketing strategies of the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage and deliver projects on-time and within budget while meeting performance and quality standardsPlan, design, and manage multiple project typologiesEstablish, implement, and monitor project resources including setups, standards, and skill assessment within the management coverageFacilitate the assignment of project team members by supporting in the selection of members ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the projectManage the communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teamsPrepare periodic project reportsAccountable for quality control of design, process, and contract documentsManage due diligence activities and ensure that project is in compliance with codes and regulationsSupport the clients in preparation of documents for the application permitsManage and organize project correspondencesSupport in project billing coordination and follow upsManage the preparation of contract documents and specifications for projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLSComprehensive knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and applicable codesIntermediate skills in the use of applicable softwareKnowledge in ArchiCAD/Revit modelling and construction documentationKnowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design and other Specialty ServicesAbility to establish relationship with new clients and nurture relationships with existing clientsExcellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision BASIC REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical).

Must hold a valid Professional License in the related field. Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeoutBroad and significant exposure in constructionPreferably residing in Pampanga or nearby location.
