NetSuite Functional Consultant (Project Management)

Philippines. Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong Project Management skills to lead and deliver NetSuite implementations, optimizations, and integrations for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who can function as both a hands-on functional expert and a client- facing project lead, owning delivery from discovery through go-live.

You will work directly with client stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Ops leaders), internal developers, and offshore teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:Lead NetSuite implementations and post-go-live optimizations across:Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)Order-to-CashProcure-to-PayInventory & Advanced InventoryProjects / Project Accounting (as applicable)Conduct discovery sessions and business process reviewsTranslate business

Requirements Documents (BRDs)Functional Design Documents (FDDs)Configure NetSuite to meet business

, Avalara, SPS,Celigo, Procore)Project ManagementOwn end-to-end project delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologiesBuild and manage:Project plansTimelinesResource allocationsRisks, issues, and dependenciesAct as the primary point of contact for clients during deliveryManage scope control, change requests, and client expectationsRun weekly status meetings and provide executive-level reportingCoordinate work across US and offshore teams Client & Internal CollaborationServe as a trusted advisor to client stakeholdersAlign stakeholders on priorities, scope, and success criteriaSupport pre-sales activities as needed (scoping, estimates, solutioning)Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and delivery standards What You’ll Need:3–7+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experienceProven experience managing NetSuite projects as a Project Manager or Delivery LeadStrong understanding of accounting and finance operationsExperience leading multiple workstreams and cross-functional teamsExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skillsExperience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworksAbility to manage scope, change control, and client expectations effectively How You Work:Success Metrics in This RoleProjects delivered on time and on budgetHigh client satisfaction and repeat businessClean, well-documented
