Product Manager

Job SummaryThe Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products that solve customer challenges and drive business growth. This role owns the product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap development to launch and optimization—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate is experienced in product management, Agile methodologies, and AI technologies, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-enabled products. Lead product discovery, market research, and customer engagement to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

Partner with engineering, design, AI, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products. Own product performance, including customer adoption, OKRs, ROI, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance customer value and operational efficiency. Present product strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders and mentor junior product team members.

10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Product Management and Agile product development. Experience building or managing AI-enabled products; insurance industry experience is a plus. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, product strategy, customer research, and data analytics.
