Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in U. S. Property & Casualty or Employee

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, operations, and budgets. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a strong advantage. Lean Six Sigma Belt (or equivalent) and PMP certification/coursework required. , CISR, AINS, ARM, CIC) or licensed agent preferred. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.

Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in project management, process improvement, and change management. Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Visio, Salesforce, and data analytics platforms. Responsibilities:Deliver consulting and operational solutions to improve client processes, efficiency, and overall business outcomes. Conduct operations diagnostics and recommend tailored solutions, including process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization. Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring successful implementation, transition, and long-term value delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and new business opportunities. Lead client communications, project planning, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to solve complex business challenges. , Business Development, Service Delivery) to design and implement effective solutions.

Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support service quality by enhancing processes, reporting, and operational methodologies. Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.
