Position Overview We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our team and support the development of new skincare products from concept to launch. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.

You will work closely with laboratory partners and cross-functional teams to help ensure products are developed, tested, and delivered according to quality standards and timelines.

Responsibilities Support the development of new skincare products from concept to launchAssist in gathering market insights and competitor information to support product planningCoordinate with external laboratory partners on formulation, testing, and product requirementsTrack product development timelines and ensure key milestones are metHelp organize and maintain product specifications, reports, and documentationFacilitate communication between external partners and internal teams to ensure alignmentWork cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams on product-related requirementsMonitor industry trends and ingredient developments to support ongoing product improvementsEnsure product development activities follow internal quality standards and guidelines

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field3–5 years of proven experience in product development, procurement, project coordination, or working with external partners/laboratoriesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailExcellent project management abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills for technical and cross-functional collaborationDemonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects with external stakeholdersProactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentBackground in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or skincare industry is a valuable additionFamiliarity with cosmetic regulations is beneficial.
