Part-Time AI Sales & Operations Assistant

I’m hiring a part-time AI Sales & Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to help me launch and grow Brin Front Desk, a new service line under Brin Solutions. I’ll be operating from the Philippines for the next year and would like to work with someone local or Philippines-based. Brin Front Desk is a managed AI receptionist and lead capture system for appointment-based small businesses.

It helps businesses answer missed or after-hours calls, capture leads, answer approved questions, and handle appointment requests when their team is unavailable. This is not a software developer role and not a general VA role.

I’m looking for someone who is: * fluent and professional in English* comfortable speaking with business owners* organized and detail-oriented* able to research leads and manage outreach* comfortable making calls and following up* familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar* interested in sales, operations, automation, and small business systems Initial

responsibilities will include lead research, outreach support, CRM/pipeline updates, cold or warm follow-up calls, meeting prep, meeting notes, and helping organize early pilot customers for Brin Front Desk. Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week, generally Monday through Friday. Some evening availability in Philippine Time will be required for U. -based outreach, follow-up calls, and occasional customer meetings.

Location: Philippines/BGC - Hybrid Compensation: ₱20,000–₱35,000/month depending on experience, with potential performance bonuses.
