Role Overview Primary Function: We’re looking for an Operations Analysis Manager to make an impact by leading the performance management and operational analytics function for Supply Chain, and establishing governance, reporting standards, performance measurement frameworks, and analytical capabilities.

In this role, you will oversee enterprise-wide KPI monitoring, operational reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to provide management with timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Job

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 5-7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations, Operations Analytics, Business Analytics, Performance Management, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading analytics, reporting, or performance management teamsExperience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA), performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiativesExposure to end-to-end Supply Chain functions, including Demand Planning, Order Processing, Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and ManufacturingWilling to be based in Balagtas, Bulacan Preferred

Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is an advantage. Why Join Us?
