Management Accounting Analyst

The Management Accounting Analyst supports the Finance team by preparing financial analyses, management reports, budgets, and forecasts that drive informed business decisions.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for operational and financial improvements. Ideal for high-potential fresh graduates, the position provides hands-on exposure to strategic finance while developing future finance leaders within one of the Philippines' fastest-growing hospitality groups. What You'll DoPrepare financial and management reports to support business decisions.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor business performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support month-end closing and management reporting activities. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive operational excellence. Participate in business and finance improvement projects.
