Philippines. Job DescriptionInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems. Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, and presentations. Provide technical support to employees and guests regarding IT and AV concerns. Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT and AV equipment. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of internet, computer, and AV systems. Maintain inventory of IT and AV equipment and accessories.

Job RequirementsGraduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with audio-visual equipment such as projectors, sound systems, microphones, and LED displays. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and respond to technical issues promptly. Relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
