Location: Clark, Pampanga, PhilippinesEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Schedule: US time zone (PST) Office Beacon Philippines is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations and partner with business leaders in creating a high-performing, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR function, driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting leaders in all aspects of employee relations and people management. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Lead employee relations by providing guidance on performance, conduct, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.

Oversee the offboarding experience to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning. Administer compensation, payroll coordination,

benefits, leave management, and other employee services. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and statutory

requirements. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support managers with workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Identify training and development needs and collaborate with stakeholders to support employee growth and leadership development. Monitor HR metrics and provide reports and recommendations that support business decisions.

Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or fast-paced corporate environment.

Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation and

benefits, and labor compliance. Demonstrated experience coaching managers and supporting employee development. Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and sound judgment.
