HR Business Partner & General Affairs ManagerKalbe Ecossential International – Philippines About the JobWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Human Resources and General Affairs functions for our Philippines operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, supporting business leaders, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and overseeing office administration to drive operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the HR Business Partner by managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee separation, for the Philippines organization. Implement HR policies and programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and employee welfare activities.

Oversee General Affairs operations, including office administration, facilities management, and office supplies. Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and people-related initiatives. Support HR reporting, manpower planning, and other HR projects as required. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willing and able to support both commercial operations in Manila and distribution operations in Pasig.
