Credit Investigator (Baguio)

Salary Range P11,000-P12,000 Job Description Review and validate borrower documents submitted through the CRM system. Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather and verify information. Perform on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project units, including taking photo documentation. Verify the identity, living conditions, and background of loan applicants.

Carry out third-party verifications through personal visits, phone calls, or email correspondence. Confirm employment details, banking information, trade references, agency records, and character references. Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide loan recommendations based on evaluation findings.

Qualifications Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections. Experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required. Proficient in using computer applications. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be willing to undergo at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
