Client Referential - Associate l Open to Fresh Graduates

We’re Hiring: Client Referential – Associate Are you experienced in Reference Data, Static Data, SSI setup, client onboarding, settlements, or banking operations? We are looking for a Client Referential professional to join our Client Management Operations team and support the accurate creation, maintenance, and quality control of client-level referential data across global markets.

About the role The Client Referential team is responsible for processing the creation and updates of referential data for counterparts and other static data modules. The team helps ensure the permanent quality and accuracy of client information maintained in global referential databases and other systems used across regions such as APAC, EMEA, and North America.

In this role, you will be part of the Reference Data team under Client Management Operations, supporting critical data activities that enable smooth business operations, accurate client setup, and high-quality service delivery.

responsibilities As a Client Referential - Associate you will: Maintain client referential data, including SSI setup, account onboarding, and account maintenanceFollow standard procedures to ensure accurate and complete client information setupPerform verification and quality checks on processed requestsSupport the team in maintaining high data quality across client and static data systemsParticipate in UAT activities before new system releases are implemented in productionContribute ideas and enhancements to improve data management processesSupport multiple business lines and functions by delivering timely and accurate reference data servicesParticipate in operational reviews, procedural updates, staff meetings, projects, system changes, and new system implementationsPrepare MIS and KPI reports when required by stakeholdersHelp train new team members on procedures and best practices, when neededWhat we’re looking for We are looking for candidates with:Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fieldFresh Graduates are welcome to applyPreferably around 1-3 years of experience in Reference Data, Static Data, SSI, Settlements, Client Onboarding, Banking Operations, or similar functionsHands-on exposure to reference data, SSI, settlements, FXMM, or OTC products is highly preferredStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and rigorGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage work within established timelinesGood written and verbal communication skillsTeam player mindset with strong commitment to quality and resultsWillingness to support a flexible shift schedule Why this role is a great opportunityThis role is ideal for professionals who want to build deeper expertise in client reference data, global static data operations, data quality, and cross-regional banking support.
