Business Development Manager

Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) at TRT plays a vital role in positioning our company as the preferred partner for resolving IT server storage and networking needs.

Responsibilities include:Ensuring compliance with TRT policies. Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial client communication to deal signing. Collaborating with Telesales – Lead Generation Associates to enhance prospecting efforts and meet benchmarks. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conducting prospective client meetings to qualify and secure new business. Maintaining accurate records in NetSuite for all sales activities.
