About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and commercial matters while supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. What You Will Do Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, tender documents, and project cost analysis. Conduct quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and project

requirements. Evaluate tenders, variation orders (VO), progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts. Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and implement cost control measures throughout project execution. Assist in contract administration, contractual correspondence, and project documentation. Manage variation orders (VO), claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on commercial and contractual matters. Attend project meetings and support overall project commercial management. Establish and improve commercial processes, contract administration workflows, and cost control SOPs to support business growth and operational efficiency. What You Should Have Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or building projects. Good knowledge of PAM, JKR, CIDB, and FIDIC contracts. Strong understanding of construction drawings and contract documentation. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in structured organizations and process improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.
