HR Lead (Korean Speaker)

Korean-speaking human resources professional in Malaysia? This is a lead role with a clear path to heading the function. Dodo Korea is expanding its Korean F&B outlets across Malaysia, with a growing team across every outlet. We're looking for an HR Lead to keep our outlets staffed, our people looked after and our HR processes running smoothly as we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead recruitment for existing and new outlets with the operations team Manage foreign-worker agencies, work permits and staff replacements Handle employee relations, attendance issues and disciplinary matters Run monthly payroll accurately and on time, including statutory contributions Standardise HR processes, working with our tech team on the systems that support them WHAT YOU BRING Business-level Korean, plus strong English and working Bahasa Malaysia Hands-on HR experience covering recruitment, employee relations and payroll Experience managing foreign-worker agencies and replacements Working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory payroll
