ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 130200 employees. Ensure compliance with statutory

requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Support performance management processes including KPI setting, appraisals, and annual reviews. Administer employee

benefits such as medical insurance, leave management, and welfare programs. Monitor attendance and overtime records, ensuring OT payments comply with Malaysian Employment Act

requirements. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR reports. Support workforce data analysis and other HR operational functions. RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience, with strong payroll and compensation exposure. Experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industryGood knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations. Experience in performance management and employee
