Developer - Senior Project Manager / PM / AM (Civil or Architect) We are looking for a hands‑on and well‑rounded Project Development Manager to lead projects from the early planning stage through implementation and delivery. This role is suitable for candidates from either: Civil Engineering background Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, design coordination, authority submissions, and overall development strategy Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders Manage project implementation timeline, cost, quality, and progress Monitor project delivery from pre-development to completion Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements Support feasibility studies, tender processes, and project execution planning Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Experience in property development or construction environment Strong understanding of development process, design coordination, and project execution Good stakeholder management and communication skills Able to manage multiple project phases independently Preferred Experience Exposure to both planning and site implementation phases Familiar with local authority submission process #J-18808-Ljbffr
