CMA CGM is seeking ambitious and analytical graduates to join FUSE – Finance Undergraduates for Shipping Excellence, our flagship 24-month rotational graduate program designed to develop the next generation of Finance professionals and future business leaders. Through structured rotations, mentorship, and hands-on experience, you'll build the technical, analytical, and commercial capabilities required to succeed in a complex international business environment.

About FUSE FUSE has been specifically designed to develop graduates into well-rounded finance professionals through exposure to key finance disciplines and business operations.

Over 24 months, you will: Rotate through multiple Finance functions including: Finance & Tax Business Control Treasury Gain practical experience in: Financial analysis and reporting Business partnering Process improvement Controls and governance Financial planning and decision support Structured onboarding and immersion On-the-job learning Mentorship from experienced finance leaders Skills workshops and e-learning Regular sponsor check-ins and development reviews Build the competencies required for progression into a Senior Analyst, Finance role upon successful completion of the program.

Who We’re Looking For We are looking for graduates who demonstrate: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline First Class or Second Upper qualification preferred No more than 2 years of full-time working experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High learning agility and curiosity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excel proficiency and confidence working with data Interest in systems, automation, and process optimisation Resilience, maturity, and a proactive mindset Long-term career aspirations within CMA CGM Selection Process Successful candidates will participate in: HR Competency-Based Interview Excel Proficiency Assessment Personality Assessment Why Join CMA CGM?
