Responsibilities Provide support for backend systems, ensuring high availability, stability, and timely issue resolution. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve backend issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in developing features and new products. Develop solutions according to specified business

requirements. Define and write technical specifications, including the appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards. Demonstrate and present implementations to team leaders, heads, and the CTO. Implement Unit and Integration Tests. Ensure software meets all

requirements of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility. Participate in code reviews, identifying anti‑patterns and refactoring opportunities. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by their superior from time to time.

Requirements Must‑Have: BSc in Computer Science or related field. Strong knowledge of Python for backend troubleshooting and support. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of software and application architecture, especially microservices and service‑oriented architecture (SOA). Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes. Understanding of web security standards and best practices. Good‑to‑Have Knowledge of PHP.

Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging systems. Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm). Experience implementing Unit and Integration Tests. A technical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. We’re a fast‑growing, multinational company.
