How to check ₹3,000 credit status

   Open Payment / Credit Status

   On socialsecurity.wb.gov.in, open Credit Status, Track Payment, or DBT after login / track.

   Enter ID details

   Use Application ID or registered mobile (and Aadhaar if asked).

   Read transaction result

   Portal may show credited, pending, or failed for the monthly ₹3,000 cycle.

   Confirm in bank

   Match with bank SMS / passbook / UPI — narration often includes ANNAPURNA YOJANA or WB DBT.

Why payment fails

• Joint bank account used (single-holder accounts preferred for DBT)
• Bank account not DBT-enabled — verify on NPCI Aadhaar Mapper
• Aadhaar not linked to the bank account used in the form
• Incorrect IFSC or account number on the application
• Application still Pending / Under Verification

If Credit Status is failed, confirm the DBT-mapped account on npci.org.in.

1. 1. Open NPCI

   Visit npci.org.in → Consumer section → Aadhaar Mapper (or equivalent DBT mapper link).

2. 2. Verify with mobile OTP

   Enter Aadhaar-linked mobile and complete OTP.

3. 3. Confirm mapped bank

   Check which bank account is active for government DBT. Fix mismatches at your bank branch.
