Eligible AP farmer families get ₹20,000 a year in the bank — ₹14,000 state + ₹6,000 PM-Kisan. There is no separate “apply app” for most existing PM-Kisan farmers; the AP portal is for status. New / stuck cases go to the village Rythu Seva Kendra.

How ₹20,000 is built

Later instalments (often Rabi / third tranche) follow the Agriculture Department calendar — not WhatsApp dates.

Who is eligible

• Permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh with cultivable land in the farmer’s name (or eligible tenant with CCRC / RoFR tribal rights)
• Aadhaar seeded to an APBS-enabled bank account
• Aligned with PM-Kisan mapping — central exclusions still apply
• Typically small/marginal holdings are prioritised; confirm current AP agriculture circular at RSK

Usually excluded

• Income-tax payers, constitutional post holders, serving/retired Group A/B officers (PM-Kisan rules)
• Professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers as listed in PM-Kisan exclusions
• Pensioners above the PM-Kisan income cut-off
• Land not appearing in Webland / MeeBhoomi against the Aadhaar

If you are new or “Not found”

Do not pay a cyber cafe for a fake application ID. Take this pack to the RSK or Grama Sachivalayam:

• Aadhaar (original)
• Bank passbook (Aadhaar-linked)
• Pattadar passbook / MeeBhoomi 1B / land adangal
• CCRC if tenant farmer
• Registered mobile used with Aadhaar

Also complete eKYC on pmkisan.gov.in — a PM-Kisan block usually blocks the AP top-up too.
