Demand Generation Associate

Job Description: Role: Demand Generation AssociateLocation: HSR Layout, BangalorePrev. Experience: 0-2 yrs We're looking for someone detail-obsessed to own the data and execution backbone of our outbound growth engine. You'll be the person who makes sure our campaigns run on clean, accurate lists and go out on time, every time. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes real pride in getting the details right.

What you'll doBuild target lists from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on defined ideal customer profiles (industry, company size, persona, geography)Clean and dedupe every list before it goes live, removing existing customers, active deals, unsubscribes, and overlaps with past campaignsEnrich contact data (verified emails, LinkedIn URLs, phone numbers where relevant, firmographic tags) and keep our CRM data consistent and reliableLaunch campaigns on schedule and keep an eye on early performance once they go live What we're looking forSomeone who's genuinely comfortable with spreadsheets, AI tools and CRM tools, and doesn't cut corners on data hygieneBasic familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools (we'll train you on our specific stack)Strong attention to detail and follow-through, this role is built on getting the small things right consistentlySomeone who wants to grow into a broader growth ops role over time If you like the idea of being the reason a campaign runs smoothly instead of the reason it doesn't, this is for you.
