Job Description\n Position Summary\n The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the development of innovative orthopedic products from concept through market launch within a regulated medical device environment. The role focuses on technical execution, product development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer, clinical, quality, and regulatory

requirements. The position also provides guidance and technical support to engineering colleagues while contributing expertise to project activities.\n

Key

responsibilities include collaborating with clinical advisors to gather input for the design and evaluation of new Trauma and Extremities products, organizing cadaver labs and consultant meetings, and developing implant and instruments. What you will do\n \n Direct and manage the workflow of engineers within the scope of assigned projects\n Interface with clinical advisors to gather input for design and evaluation of new products in Trauma and Extremities.

This includes organizing and managing cadaver labs and consultant panel meetings\n Model and detail implant and instrument designs utilizing Pro/Engineer design software\n Manage the design control creation through the New Product Development Process (NPDP).

\n Demonstrated ability to apply design controls within a regulated industry\n Demonstrated ability to achieve work objectives both independently and as a leader/member of\n a work team\n Demonstrated experience with a parametric CAD design package.
