About the role\n An exciting opportunity hasopenedupfor a Product Ownerto joinour team at Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:\n \n Define and communicate the product vision for the squad, aligning to business strategy\n \n \n Own and manage the backlog, prioritised against value outcomes and stakeholder

requirements, and lead refinement, sprintplanningand review sessions for their squad\n \n \n Translate business

, financial services, eCommerce, or similar)\n Experience working acrossglobal, multi-stakeholder environmentswith distributed teams\n Background inend-to-end product delivery, from concept through to launch andoptimisation\n Previousexperience as aBusiness Analyst or similar roleis highly beneficial\n Product Ownership & Delivery\n \n Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals\n Expertisein managing andprioritisingaproduct backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria\n Experience deliveringcomplex digital products, including API integrations, data transformation, and automation initiatives\n Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum /SAFe) with hands‑on involvement in key ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives)\n Ability to define and trackKPIs and success metricsto measure product performance\n Stakeholder Management\n \n Excellent ability toengage, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business, technology, and operations\n Experience runningworkshops to gather
